  1. Day 1 Welcome to Jaipur

    The trip starts with early morning arrival at Jaipur airport or railway station.  After arrival at the historic pink city, head to the hotel check in and freshen up. After some refreshment visit the Govind Dev Jee Temple. In late afternoon visit Jaigarh Fort complex, follow it by visit to Govindji Temple, Central Park, Galtaji Monkey Temple, and Bagru village. In evening visit the glittering Jal Mahal and then explore markets of old city and do some window shopping. At night take your new wife to the iconic Choki Dhani village resort, for an authentic Rajasthani dinner. Comeback to hotel and retire for the day.

  2. Day 2 Tour de Jaipur Continues

    Get up early and enjoy the hospitality with a healthy Rajasthani breakfast before you start a tour of Jaipur. Start with visit to Jantar Mantar, a World Heritage Site. Then visit to Rambagh Palace, Siosodia Rani ka Bagh,Elefantastic and Abhaneri Step Well.Next visit the massive Nahargarh Fort, and spend time there watching the sunset, a mesmerizing view. End your hectic tour with tour of city market and do some souvenir hunting. Comeback to hotel and retire for the day after dinner.

  3. Day 3 Head to Bikaner

    Get up early and check out of hotel and bid adieu to Jaipur after breakfast for trip Bikaner nearly 335 kms away. Check into the hotel and relax after lunch. In the late afternoon visit Shri Laxminath Temple. Devi Kund Sagar Chatris, Kodamdeshwar Temple, Rampuria Haveli, and Bhanwar Niwas Haveli., follow it up with visit to Karni Mata temple. Late in the evening head out to the market and try out the famous Bikaneri snacks from the local market. At night comeback to hotel and retire for day after dinner.

  4. Day 4 Tour De Bikaner Continues

    Get up early and freshen up to continue you Bikaner tour. Head top the Gajner Wildliufe Sanctuary. Spend some time there in jeep safari. Follow it up with visit to Ganga Singh Museum, Sadul Singh Museum, Jain Temple, Devi Kund Sagar Chatris, Gajner Wildlife Sanctuary, and Kodamdeshwar Temple. After dinner bid adieu to Bikaner for all night trip to Jaisalmer around 330 kms away.

  5. Day 5 Visit to Jaisalmer, the Golden City

    Arrive early morning at Jaiisalmer and after checking into the hotel have a sumptuous breakfast in Jaisalmer, also called the Golden city. Start your Jaisalmer trip with visit to the Jaisalmer fort or ‘Sonar Kella’, spend your maximum time there. Later visit Patwon-Ki-Haveli. Salim Singh ki Haveli, Gadisar Lake, Tazia Tower, and Thar Heritage Museum. Late in night explore local markets, and try buying exquisite handicrafts. Comeback to hotel and call it a day after dinner. 

  6. Day 6 Head to Jodhpur

    Get up early and check out of hotel after breakfast for trip to ‘blue city’ Jodhpur, nearly 283 kms away. Check in at the hotel, and freshen up and relax till lunch. After lunch head out to visit the massive Mehrangarh fort. Along the way visit Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park and Jaswant Thada. Later in the day visit the Balsamand lake,Mandore Gardens. Kayiana Lake and Sachiya Mata temple. In the evening explore local markets. Late at night comeback to hotel and retire for day after dinner.

  7. Day 7 Head to Mount Abu

    Get up early and after breakfast check out and bid adieu to the hospitality of Jodhpur, and to head straight towards Mount Abu, nearly 261 kms away. Check into hotel and after lunch just relax with your newly weded wife. In the evening visit Nakki lake to watch the enthralling view of sunset. Late at night explore the local markets. Comeback to hotel and relax and call it a day after dinner.

  8. Day 8 Udaipur Sightseeing Tour Continues

    Get up early on the penultimate day and after a hearty Rajasthani breakfast visit Guru Shikhar, the highest point in Mount Abu. Later visit Trevor’s tank, Toad Rock, Raghunath Temple, Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary, Achalgarh,Achaleshwar Mahadev temple. Follow it by visit to Dilwara temple. Late in the evening watch the sun go down from Sunset point.  Comeback to hotel to just relax and retire for the day after dinner.

  9. Day 9 Pack up!!! Time to Go Home

    Rise early and pack up completely. Based on timing of flight or train to your hometown from Mount Abu. Check out of the hotel and bid adieu to hospitality of Rajasthan to head home with memories of this trip clicked in a smartphone or camera.

 If visiting Rajasthan for the first time, be ready to face the heat as it is desert state. Always ensure that you have made advance booking for place of stay wherever you visit, since Rajasthan is a tourists’ paradise, rooms are almost always booked in advance especially during peak season. if you are foreigner always keep your passport and other essential travel document all the time with yourself. Police can check your documents anytime. 

Rajasthan allows you to wander freely and security checks are available everywhere. You can travel without any fear to any area. While life risk is not their it is important to take care of your entire baggage to stop them from being stolen.  If you want to go to go in trekking in desolate areas or those less travelled, it is recommended you let others know about your adventure trip. Rajasthan is a tourists’ paradise and its capital city Jaipur is part of the ‘Golden Triangle of Tourism in India’ alongside Delhi and Agra. Besides Jaipur, you can visit other major cities like Ajmer, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner, and Bharatpur. Most of the cities are known for their color coded silhouettes. Among other places worth visiting are Ranthambore, Bhangarh, Mount Abu, Pushkar, Kumbhalgarh, and Chittorgarh. If on religious tour you can visit during various festivals like Ajmer Urs and Pushkar Mela. 

When visiting Rajasthan ensure you are always hydrated by drinking lots of water. Keep sun block lotion to protect your skin. Keep general medicine at hand and always wear googles and use umbrella except during winter.

Mount Abu is the lone hill station in Aravalli Mountains of Rajasthan. The place sometimes experiences zero-degree temperature during winter when Nakki Lake freezes. There many places to visit such as Guru Shikhar. Trevor’s tank, Achaleshwar Mahadev temple. Nakki lake, Sunset point. Achalgarh, Wiold life Sanctuary, and Toad Rock. Best time to visit is from November to March.
