  1. Day 1 Welcome to Jaipur

    The trip starts with early morning arrival at Jaipur airport or railway station.  After arrival at the historic pink city, head to the hotel and unwind. After lunch visit Birla Temple. In late afternoon visitHawa Mahal, City Palace and the Albert Hall Museum. in the evening explore markets of old city and go on a souvenir hunting. At night take your new wife to the iconic Choki Dhani village resort, for an authentic Rajasthani dinner. Watch live performances, a recreation of Battle of Haldighati. Comeback to hotel and retire for the day.

  2. Day 2 Tour de Jaipur Continues

    Get up early and enjoy the hospitality with a healthy Rajasthani breakfast before you start a tour of Jaipur. Start with visit to Jantar Mantar, a World Heritage Site. Then visit the Nahargarh fort complex. Jaigarh Fort, and Amer fort. Follow it up with visit in afternoon to Abhaneri Step Well. Next visit the iconic City Palace and the Albert Hall Museum. Comeback to hotel and retire for the day after dinner.

  3. Day 3 Head to Jodhpur

    Get up early and bid adieu to Jodhpur by checking out of hotel after breakfast for trip to ‘blue city’ Jodhpur just over 337 kms away. Check in at the hotel, and freshen up. After lunch head out to visit the massive Mehrangarh fort. Along the way visit Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park and Jaswant Thada. Next up is visit to Mandore Gardens, Clock Tower, Chamunda Mata Temple and lastly Kailana lake. In the evening explore local markets. Late at night comeback to hotel and retire for day after dinner.

  4. Day 4 Head to Jaisalmer, the Golden City

    Get up early and check out of hotel after breakfast. Bid adieu to Jodhpur for trip to Jaisalmer, also called the Golden city around 285 kms away. After checking into the hotel Freshen up. After lunch in afternoon visit the Jaisalmer fort or ‘Sonar Kella’. Later visit Thar Heritage Museum. Late in night explore local markets, and try buying exquisite handicrafts. Comeback to hotel and call it a day after dinner. 

  5. Day 5 Tour de Jaisalmer Continues

    Rise up early and after early breakfast head straight to the Gadisar Lake. After spending some time there head out with your newly weded wife for visit to Nathmal ki Haveli, Bada Bagh, Salim Singh Ki Haveli. Patwa Ki Haveli, Tazia Tower. A trip to Sam sand dunes is advised in the later afternoon. Follow it up with visit to Sunset Point in the evening. Late in the evening explore local markets and retire for day after dinner.

  6. Day 6 Visit Udaipur, City of Lakes

    Rise up early when it is still dawn and check out of hotel for trip to Udaipur, city of lakes nearly 529 kms away. Have your lunch on a stopover on the way. Check in to hotel after arrival and unwind. After some refreshments visit the beautiful lake Pichola and Ekling ji temple. Late In the night explore the local markets. Comeback to hotel and call it a day after dinner. 

  7. Day 7 Udaipur Sightseeing Tour Continues

    On the penultimate day for your tour, continue with the sight-seeing tour of Udaipur. Start with visit to Vintage Car Museum, followed by visit to Bagore Ki Haveli. In the afternoon visit Nathdwara, after lunch visit Saheliyon ki bari and Jagdish temple. Follow it up with visit to Shipgram, a craft village and try buying handicraft. Next up is visit to City Palace museum. Late In the evening visit the glittering Jagmandir island palace. Comeback to hotel and call it a day after dinner.

  8. Day 8 Pack up!!! Time to Go Home

    Rise early and pack up completely. Based on timing of flight or train to your hometown from Udaipur, if time permits visit Fateh Sagar lake. Comeback to hotel and after lunch check out of the hotel. Bid adieu to the famous hospitality of Rajasthan to head home with memories of this trip clicked in a smartphone or camera.

Always ensure that you have made advance booking for place of stay wherever you visit, since Rajasthan is a tourists’ paradise, rooms are almost always booked in advance especially during peak season. if you are foreigner always keep your passport and other essential travel document all the time with yourself. Police can check your documents anytime. 

Rajasthan allows you to wander freely and security checks are available everywhere. You can travel without any fear to any area. While life risk is not their it is important to take care of your entire baggage to stop them from being stolen.  If you want to go to go in trekking in desolate areas or those less travelled, it is recommended you let others know about your adventure trip. Also try not to draw unwanted attention towards yourself. 

There are numerous places worth visiting in Jaisalmer apart from the grand ‘Sonar Kella’ Jaisalmer fort.  Longewala war museum, Akal Wood Fossil Park, Khuri San Dunes, Sam Sand Dunes. Gadi Sagar Lake. Salim Singh Ki Haveli. Patwa Ki Haveli, Tazia Tower. Also worth visiting are Tanot Mata Temple. Jain Temple. Kuldhara Village, Vyas Chhatri, Khaba Fort, Jaisalmer War Museum and Tazia Tower. Best time to visit Jaisalmer is November to March at allows you to see the Desert Festival held in February every year.

When visiting Rajasthan ensure you are always hydrated by drinking lots of water. Keep sun block lotion to protect your skin. Keep general medicine at hand and always wear googles and use umbrella except during winter.
