LEH-LADAKH (6N/7D)

  1. Day 1 Arrive Leh Arrive at Leh airport 3505 meters / 11567 feet.

    Received by our representative and transfer to Hotel. Complete rest for the first half. After lunch if suitable visit sun set famous Shanti Stupa (a Japanese Pagoda built for world peace by Indian based Japanese monks and was inaugurated by His Holiness Dalai Lama in 1985). Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Leh.

  2. Day 2 Leh to Kargil (234 Kms)

    After Breakfast in the morning drive to Kargil. Enroute you will stop to visit the Lamayuru monastery. The Lamayuru monastery was once so famous and of religious importance that even a criminal trying to escape law could ask for sanctuary inside. Perched on a hill the monastery looks majestic with its age old bastion and architectural design. Wrap up your visit & proceed further, the road is quite scenic and you will cross the highest pass known as the Fistula (14300 ft). Arrive in Kargil and stay overnight at the hotel.

  3. Day 3 kargil-War memorial-Leh-Leh return.

    After breakfast drive to visit kargil war memorial and later drive back to Leh. Overnight in hotel in Leh.

  4. Day 4 Leh to Nubra Valley via kharodng la world highest mortable pass.

    Leh – Nubra Valley- Overnight After early breakfast drive to Nubra valley via Khardongla Pass (18,380ft) the world’s highest motorable road and gateway to Siachen Glacier, the views from the top of the pass are amazing. Visit Deskit Monastery (118kms) founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo in 1420 A.D. Check inn at camp or hotel and after that we will visit Hundar village (7kms from Deskit) and Double-Humped Bactrian Camel Safari in sand dunes between Hundar and Deskit villages. Dinner and overnight at Hotel/Camp in Nubra.

  5. Day 5 Nubra valley to pangong Lake via shayok.

    After breakfast at hotel we drive to next destination pangong lake via Shyok and onto Tang Tse and Spangmik ( Pangong). It’s a short cut and it’s a beautiful route. The road follows the Shyok river, and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village. It took us less than an hour to reach Shayok, and we were delighted at the sight of the rather big village surrounded by barren mountains, the entire setting being very picturesque. Afternoon we reach at Pangong lake and enjoy your day at pangong lake. Overnight stay at camp.

  6. Day 6 Pangong lake to Leh return via hemis and Overnight in hotel.

    After breakfast drive back to Leh enroute  Thiksay Monastery the 12 storied Monastery of Thiksay is the principal Monastery of Gelugpa order situated in the most prominent of positions lies on an island mountain. we also visit Sindhu Ghat before reaching Leh. Evening free to explore the local markets of Leh. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Leh. 

  7. Day 7 Leh Depart

    Drop Early morning transfer to airport to catch your flight towards destination.

    Note:  Please find the details of the hotels to be blocked for the respective dates for this tour. Kindly confirm if the hotel names highlighted in green can be blocked. The hotel in Leh needs to be replaced with Hotel Naro, which is in the similar range. Please update this. Higher floor rooms required in Leh and Kargil, please arrange and block accordingly.
