  1. Day 1 Arrival

    On arrival at the international airport in Mauritius, you are greeted by a representative and then transferred to the hotel. After completing check-in formalities, you can unwind and relax. You can spend the remaining day the way you like it as the first day of the package is at leisure. You can laze around at the hotel itself or go out to visit the nearby tourist attractions on your own or explore the local market. You can treat yourself to some delectable cuisines of Mauritius.

    You can end your first day in Mauritius with a delicious dinner at the hotel before you drift off to sleep.

  2. Day 2 Enjoy water sports activities

    Take a scrumptious breakfast and then get ready for your tour of the famous Ile Aux Cerfs Island. You reach the island in a speedboat and head into the crystal clear waters at the beautiful beaches and lagoons in the island.

    You can indulge in the many glasses of water-themed activities in the island-like snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing and others or enjoy lying down on one of the beaches on the Ile aux Cerfs Island.

    You can then return to the hotel to a beautiful dinner and rejuvenate yourself with a sound sleep to start your next day with full energy.

  3. Day 3 Catamaran cruise

    On day three wake up to an exciting day that includes a Catamaran cruise in the open ocean. Have your breakfast at the hotel and get ready leave for a cruise that you will remember.

    The Catamaran cruise is aboard a mini luxury cruise ship which is a part of your Mauritius family package. It is an outstanding experience filled with fun for the entire family as you cruise into the blue waters of the ocean. You will be entertained by sightings of dolphins and whales diving out of the water now and then. The tour package also includes a fabulous lunch on board the ship. You are dropped off at one of the islands where you can spend the rest of the day trying out various beach sports or swimming and lazing at the beach.

    As the cruise ends, you will head back to the hotel for a wholesome dinner and then get ample rest to be ready for the excitement of the next day. 

     

  4. Day 4 North Island

    After having a full and energizing breakfast, get ready to explore the North island of Mauritius.

    The North island tour includes a visit to the capital city of Port Louis. Here you can visit the famous Place d’Armes, the beautiful Champ de Marcs racecourse, and the enchanting Le Cauden Waterfront. Near the Waterfront, you enjoy the beaches and shop at the local market and try out the eateries to get a taste of the regional cuisines. 

    Come back to your comfortable hotel at the end of the day to a delicious spread of dinner and get a good sleep.

     

  5. Day 5 South Island

    Welcome the new day with a hot and healthy breakfast with your family at the hotel and get ready for yet another day of exploration, this time to the religious center of Mauritius, the South Island.

    In the South Island tour, you start off by visiting the Trou Aux Cerfs which is a dormant volcano. This 605-meter high volcano has a 350-meter deep crater that is about 80 meters wide. The next place to visit is the beautiful crater lake at Grand Bassin also known as the Ganga Talao. Numerous Hindu temples surround this lake.

    From here you can head on to the Chamarel Falls a beautiful wonder of nature. The next stop is the bustling city of Curepipe. You can enjoy the cuisines here, and it is an excellent place to shop for souvenirs and ethnic mementos to take back home.

    The day ends with another hearty dinner and a comfortable sleep back at the hotel.

  6. Day 6 Frederica Nature Reserve

    Day 6 does not include a hectic schedule of sightseeing. This day is left entirely on you to plan out itinerary. After an excellent breakfast at the hotel, you can get ready to explore the locales on your own take you to places that you might not have visited as yet. An accessible location to visit is the Frederica Nature Reserve where you can go quad biking or opt for a buggy drive across trails through beautiful natural settings.

    You can also visit the nearby Trou d’Argent beach. You can shop some more at the local markets and shopping centers. You should not miss trying some traditional food with your family at a local restaurant.

    You can end the day with a healthy dinner and a good night’s sleep back at the hotel.

  7. Day 7 Departure

    After a delicious breakfast in the morning, it is time to wind up your tour in Mauritius. Transportation to the airport will be provided to you as you pack your bags and get ready to leave with not just your luggage but lots of memories that you will remember for a long time to come.

Trou Aux Cerfs is an undeveloped volcano, which is having a height of 605 meters and depth of 350 meters. This volcano is approximately 80 meters wide. 

Even Mauritius is known for its pleasant weather conditions, but you can consider months from May to December as these are the best months to visit this place.

Carrying a jacket or the warm clothes is a necessity if you are traveling to Mauritius as the place offers cool weather during the evenings. 

Frederica Nature Reserve is a place which allows the tourists to enjoy biking or to get the pleasure from the buggy rides around the trail. 

Yes, you can extend the trip if you want, but you will have to inform the travel agent regarding the same to get the assistance.
